Return Policy



Due to the nature of products that are created on demand, we will only take returns due to a defect, misprint, or damage items. Unfortunately, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or size exchanges. All sales are final unless damaged or defective.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Wrong Address - If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our manufacturing facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please contact us at "Visceral Designs" for details regarding our return procedures. We will need to determine if the item should be returned to us or directly to our manufacturing facility. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Please allow up to 2-5 business days for order processing. For example if an item is ordered on a Monday (non holiday) your order will be packaged and shipped by Wednesday via USPS. Shipping times will vary especially during peak seasons. 

Domestic customers can expect to receive their orders within 3-5 business days after the ship date. International customers can expect to receive their orders within 7-14 business days after the ship date. Visceral Designs has no control over international customs and will not be responsible for any international customs fees once shipped. Please allow additional time as your order passes through customs in your country.
